Great snus. Comparable to General Onyx, but more of an emphasis on the peppery rather than citrus taste. Nicotine has quite a kick to it as well.

A snus to get used to that's for sure. The aroma is very very strong. I let my Dad get a big smell of it once I opened the can and he nearly gagged lol. The taste is very pleasant once you get it in place. It does provide a very strong nicotine kick but is not nearly as head spinning as Thunder Frost. If you are a snus novice then this one might be a little bit to "authentic" for your taste but this did turn me on to original snus. I feel more refined.

HOLY. Im a new snus user, switched from Skoal to try the Camel Snus. I liked the Camel and figured I'd give the "Authentic" stuff a try. This dip is unlike anything I have ever tasted, smelt, or seen in my life. I did really enjoy the nic hit, and the taste well lets just say i was spitting like i would with skoal cause its just so damn over bearing. Might be something I could get used to I guess. You Sweds are nuts. Just nuts.

This is a delicious snus with a hefty dose of nicotine. Less salt & peppery than Onyx, is has a standard saltiness with a wonderfully rich, mildly sweet tobacco flavor. This is my absolute favorite for first thing in the morning and after meals, a perfect replacement at those times when I used to especially crave a cigarette.

Wonderful flavor similar to the other General portions with a huge wallop of nicotine. I use Skruf Stark portions and Los and for some reason this one hit's me much much harder. This is the only portion I've had to take out because of nicotine "spins" so far...maybe a bit too much snuff along with it Flavor and nic last for a long time.

I picked up a roll of this thinking that it would be like general with a little extra kick. The flavour was quite overpowering at first, but now I am into the fifth tin and it seems pretty normal.
The taste is very peppery with bergamot(citrus) overtones. It has a very strong nic hit and I would not recommend this snus on an empty stomache. I think it is a little too moist at first and is better on the second day when it has a little air exposure. But if your preference is general and you need a little extra kick in the pants, this is a good snus.

Awesome flavor, one hell of a kick and lots of juice. I get the exact opposite of a poster above that compared the nic hit to Skruf Stark. This one hits me like a brick. Within 10 minutes each of the portions I've tried had my head spinning. I can keep a Skruf portion or large pris of los in for an hour or two with no issues, but haven't made it past 20 minutes with the GES portions. Guess it hit's everyone different! Overall, this is my favorite morning Snus just to get me going, then I switch to Skruf's or others that don't knock me out.

This is serious snus. The flavor is recognizably General: very citrusy and peppery. It lasts a long time, but I find the pepper/tobacco taste to be a little too strong-- I think General Sterk is the right speed for me. As for the nicotine kick, it is very powerful and long-lasting, and so not something I would use throughout the day. This is more of a snus for special occasions, like to accompany a morning cup of coffee. The packaging is very similar to General Sterk, naturally, but I think I would prefer if these too were white portions that were arranged in a fan formation. That might mitigate the overpowering flavor. If you are trying snus as an alternative to heavy smoking, these are for you. If not, try General white portions and work your way up from there.

GES is my favorite strong portion snus of all time. It's got the classic general taste with that extra oomph to it! I've noticed the nicotine release, while being stronger overall, doesn't release quite a quickly as Skruf Sterk, but gives you a nice smooth nicotine buzz instead that comes on a little more slowly and hits harder in the end. Top notch!

One of my top 5. Great in the morning. A little overpowering at first, but I fell in love with it pretty quickly. Not an all-day snus for me due to the strength.

This is about 9th or 10th week of being a snuser. Started with the sampler packs of 8 loose and 8 portion. Then tried thunder loose, oden loose. Being a former heavy smoker only the really strong snus satisfies me.
General is my favourite flavour and had tried general sterk last week, Very nice amazing flavour. Tried General extra sterk this week and again very nice flavour a and good hit not as peppery as sterk. This will be my every day snus from now on.
Loose is my preferred snus when at home in the evening so cannot wait until General Extra Sterk loose is available here from Northerner.

Great snus. Not as peppery as general sterk, pouches seem to be a little smaller than I was expecting. Good source of vitamin N.

Classic General taste, only stronger. Lasts forever and then some. If you like the taste of General and want an extra kick of nicotine, skip General Sterk and go straight to Ekstra Sterk.

General Onyx is my favorite snus, with General Sterk coming in number two- I love the fan formation and the way the wedge-shaped portions fit perfectly under my lip. I was hoping that General Extra Sterk would be similar in some manner, with an added punch of nicotine- always a good thing as I used snus to quit cancer sticks (I mean cigarettes) and prefer the strong portions. However, I was a bit disappointed with this snus. Unlike Onyx and Sterk, the portions are not well-shaped wedges that fit perfectly under my lip. It also does not last as long as Onyx (black portion) or General Sterk (white portion). However, its redeeming feature is the extra nicotine and it still has that classic General taste that I love so much.

Excellent, long-lasting flavor in a strong portion. Perfect choice if you are looking for a snus with more than a straight tobacco taste but not something "flavored".

Probably my second favorite next to General Onyx. Very similar in flavor but the detail to packaging is spared.

general extra sterk lös is a great way to satisfy even the toughest of cravings. tastes great and easy to dispose of when you are finished. if youre going to have a snus, why not make it general extra sterk. the snus of kings.
