Introduced to the snus world in 2008 by Gajane, Oden’s Classic Original portion snus is classified as a regular type portion which means that each portion goes thru and additional step in the manufacturing process that adds a bit more moisture to each one. This additional moisture helps the flavors in the snus to meld together and release it sooner when it’s in your lip. The material that Gajane uses for Oden’s Classic Original is a soft, teabag type material that stays comfortable in your lip for over an hour and a half. Each can of Oden’s Classic Original has 24 portions that have a bit less than one gram of snus each and 8 mg of Nicotine each. The can is the basic black plastic can with the Oden’s logo embossed in the lid. Unfortunately, there is no used portion compartment in the lid but, let’s take a look at the flavor.
Oden’s Classic Original has a flavor that is pretty unique. Unique how, you may ask? Well, it’s unique in the fact that it is one of the few pure tobacco flavored snus brands that’s flavor is just that, pure tobacco! The other unique thing is that the tobacco is on the sweet side. While Gajane doesn’t add a sweetener to the snus to get it, it comes from the types of tobacco used. What we taste is a great blend of mild tobaccos that have an earthly, herbal taste with a hint of salt. The salt helps to bring out the earthy flavors and also gives it a subtle sweetness. Overall, we think that Oden’s Classic Original is a great mild tasting, pure tobacco flavored snus but, we want to know what you think.

Tried it only once, one pouch, friend gave it to me. Quite liked it, still wondering, why I haven't ordered a can yet.
Truly good, lasts long and a bit dry was, but it depends.. MY friend is too lazy to hold snus in fridge, he carries it with himself all day long, in pocket.

Not bad...I'm think I'm used to the high nicotine stuff and this doesn't leave me wanting on that front. But the flavor's got a bit of a cinnamon tone that I'm not quite comfortable with. I can't even imagine how cinnamony the Kenel would have =\.
I'd give it a C, not disapointing, but I probably wouldn't buy it again; there are better flavors out there.

Great snus. Has plenty of kick. Nice tobacco flavor. Better overall flavor than the Kanel. One of my favorites.

OH GOD.
If you want tasty snus with a kick, you go for the general extra sterk. For some odd reason, Odens, despite only having 2 more mg than general extra sterk, hits me harder. I like the taste of general more, more I pop one of these every morning to wake me up. It hits you like a freight train. I would not recommend this bad boy more than 3-4 times a day.

As the third snus I tried, not including that camel garbage that I tried while waiting on my order to arrive, I have to say its my favorite so far, but I do have the rest of the top 10 snus box to get through.
